Zhixuan Zheng is an attorney who was born and raised in China. She obtained the degree of Juris Doctor in the United States. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Zhixuan worked as a law clerk both in China's and Orange County's law firms for more than 10 years. Zhixuan's time in legal system experience grand her unique skills in problem solving and conflict resolution. Zhixuan's practice is dedicated to representing domestic and multinational high-net-worth individuals and their families with respect to all aspects of gift, estate and generation-skipping wealth transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable planning. She also practices in business and corporate law, often acting as outside general counsel for businesses. In addition to day-to-day legal matters, she has considerable experience with the acquisition and sale of businesses, licensing, distribution, independent sales representative and employment agreements, shareholder agreements, as well as other general corporate matters, including the formation of new business entities, such as corporations and limited liability companies. Over the course of attorney Zhuo Ran Li's legal career, he has gained extensive experience and handled numerous adversary proceedings and transactional matters across several legal fields, particularly Estate Planning, Contract, and Corporate laws.
A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Li worked in the consulting industries before deciding to become an attorney. He then attended the Columbia University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Mr. Li has also worked for Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel and Morgan Stanley’s Legal and Compliance Division, through which he acquired expertise in Tax, Estate Planning, Corporate, and Contract Law.
